    After-sales service operation before construction
    1.Before construction, please place the membrane product in a closed dust-free workshop with sufficient lighting environment for comprehensive and detailed inspection.
    2.Unpack, remove the PP bag, observe the end face, and check whether the roll is flat. If there are obvious defects on the surface of the membrane, please contact our after-sales department in time.
    3.Place the membrane product vertically on the plastic plug, operate by two people, tear off the sealing tape, unwind 3-5 meters and check the membrane surface facing the reflection of the light.
    4.If the membrane product has obvious defects of 3-5 meters, please remove the entire roll of coating protective film for comprehensive inspection. If the membrane product has obvious defects of more than 5 meters during use, please contact our after-sales department immediately and do not install it; if the above-mentioned abnormalities are found and the membrane product is still installed, it will be deemed that your company recognizes the membrane product as a qualified product and our company will not provide after-sales service.

    After-sales service content
    If the membrane product has and only has the following 6 phenomena, our company will bear the corresponding product after-sales responsibility:
    1 Loss of gloss: "Loss of gloss" means that the membrane surface loses its gloss, resulting in baldness.
    2 Cracking: "Cracking" means that the membrane surface becomes brittle and cracks.
    3 Degumming: "Degumming" means that the glue layer and the membrane layer automatically separate during normal use after installation.
    4 Obvious defects on the membrane surface "Appearance defects on the membrane surface" means that the membrane product has and only has the following situations before installation, namely white spots, obvious foreign matter, crease marks (except for the bottom of the tube embossing), gel, and obvious diagonal lines.
    5 Yellowing "Yellowing" means that the membrane surface is obviously yellowing (slight yellowing after long-term use is a normal phenomenon and is not within the scope of compensation).

    This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by:
    1.Failure to follow the Company's guidelines or instructions. Such failures include, but are not limited to, physical abuse, including, but not limited to, chemical abuse (such as harsh cleaners and solvents), thermal abuse or shock (such as excessive heat or cold), or misuse;
    2.Improper storage, installation, handling and use of the product;
    3.Damage that occurs while the product is in the hands of the customer and is not caused by a manufacturing defect;
    4.Damage caused by improper use when installing the product, including, but not limited to, scratches, wear, scrapes, stains;
    5.Wear and tear caused by improper car washing techniques, automatic car washes, or improper car washing tools;
    6.Water stains - Water stains are caused by mineral deposits. Prompt cleaning will not leave marks on the film, but if not cleaned promptly it may leave irreversible stains. Water stains are not covered by the warranty;
    7.Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, physical damage, excessive paint spray, or defects in the underlying paint, which may not be covered;
    8.Use in non-automotive applications;
    9.Damage caused by external forces, including physical impact from rock falls or large road debris.
